# BARGO

> BARGO, SIA is a two-founder AI engineering company in Rīga, Latvia, that builds AI systems for businesses in the EU. Turn repetitive work into reliable workflows. Your first project. A 6-week plan. Documents processed. Approvals moving. Answers backed by sources. We build AI workflows inside the tools you already use, with your people in control and a fixed scope agreed up front.

BARGO builds four things: Document Desk, Approval Runner, Company Brain, Catalogue Builder. Each starts with a defined process and agreed system connections. We plan a focused first project over 6 weeks. During scoping we confirm the process, system access, sample data and acceptance checks. The release date depends on those prerequisites and your approval of the tested result. Weeks 1–2: We agree on one process worth fixing. Weeks 3–5: You test it on real work. Week 6: You approve the release. We hand it over. The client receives project source code, data and documentation; third-party software and services retain their own licence terms. Our rate is 90 EUR per hour plus VAT. We agree a fixed implementation price and scope before the build. ## How a first project runs
- Weeks 1–2: We agree on one process worth fixing. You show us the process, sample data and exceptions. We agree a fixed price, system access and the checks the first release must pass. Together we confirm whether the six-week plan fits.
- Weeks 3–5: You test it on real work. Each week you see progress on representative invoices, requests or products. We test the routine cases and the exceptions with your team, and review the result together.
- Week 6: You approve the release. We hand it over. Once the agreed checks pass, you decide when to go live. You receive the project code, documentation, test results and operating instructions. Ongoing support is agreed separately.
